Party Time!

Jackson and Will doing what they do best!

He didn't want to stop eating for a photo ;)
mmmmmmmm
can you tell he liked spaghetti and milk?!?!

Thank you to everyone for your wonderful gifts and for coming to Jackson's party. It was by far the best party we have ever had at our house! Jackson is a little overwhelmed (in a good way) over all his new toys! He seemed to really like the cake, enjoyed all the company, and was such a good boy all day!

Our Big Boy!

From exactly one year ago...

...to now!
This year was the best year of our lives. Time has truly flown by because of all the fun we have had with him over this past year. He is such a joy to be around and so easy to fall in love with :) He has his moments, but even those are not so bad ;) John and I share a funny moment we had with Jackson every night before we go to bed, because there is always at least one. We have grown so much stronger as a family and can't wait for the many more moments to share and years to come.

Visit to Memphis

Checking out the new territory

always making sure Nana was doing ok :)

loved playing with this ball!

checking on Nana again :)

He waved "bye, bye" for the 1st time on this trip!

playing with Opa!

keeping Nana company again ;)

you can tell he was in heaven with this ball!

We made a impromptu visit to Memphis to see Nana and Opa. Nana was not feeling too hot and Jackson said he needed to go and cheer her up! He was so sweet the whole time and kept "visiting" her and loving on her :) We had a great time and were sad to leave. He starting waving "bye, bye" on the trip and did his new trick about 800 times for us!!

11 months old

He loves to swing!

Meeting Uncle Chris for the first time!

Watching a video in his new chair
Grandpa and Grandma came for a visit

sweet Avery

In Auburn for John's Birthday

can't get enough of them

how John looked after playing with Mile's and Avery outside ;)

"ring around the rosie" , you know I had to catch this on film!
they play so well together

I was Avery's BEST friend that whole weekend, it was so much fun!!
I can't believe we only have one more month to go until he is a year old! Here are a couple of things he is doing now...he gets into EVERYTHING!, he will stand up for a sec. by himself, he drinks so good out of a sippy cup, he can climb up our entire set of stairs (with me right with him),and he knows which button to push to start his toys. He likes to "play games" like he slaps the table then you do...or he shakes his head and then you do. He was playing this game with Mimi and Diddy the other day :) He is eating more "real" finger foods and so far he likes broccoli, carrots, pancakes, mini penne pasta, mac and cheese, bananas, peaches, gold fish, bread, and his very favorite is blueberries!
