Meeting Morgan and more...

 Meet Morgan Elise Pelick :)
How cute is she????  One of my best friends since childhood had a baby and I finally got to meet her when she was 5 weeks old.  She said she was ready to party and was 5 weeks premature!  By the time Nicole and John were ready for visitors we were at the beach and I was almost never without the kids.  So very excited for the new parents and can't wait to share this new part of our friendship together :)
This is a picture of Jackson building "Walmart, the Post Office, the bank, ect"  How cute is that, he doesn't build towers...he builds places we go often ;)
Notice anything about this picture??  We may have a lefty. Yep, he has never swung the bat right handed since we bought him this a while ago.   However, he still does a lot with his right hand...but never swings right handed.
Thank you Pop for sending the pictures from Mother's Day.  These were too cute not to post! LOL

Imagination Movers Concert!

One of my sorority sister's posted on Facebook that she had 4 free tickets to the Imagination Movers concert at the CobbEnergy Theater and I wrote as fast as I could that we wanted them!  They are just the sweetest kid rock group!  Plus, me and the kids needed something to do while John went to work on a Saturday.  Well, not sure how much you can tell from these pics, but the kids LOVED it!  It was like a true rock concert.  It was VERY dark (my pictures don't do it justice) and best of all I LOVED it too!  The music was awesome-they even played some Kiss, Blink 182, U2...it was soooo fun!!! Lots of adult humor with the kid.  Also, watching the kids light up was just such a treat.  It just warms my heart to see them enjoy something like that so much.  Bailey danced NON-STOP-and would not leave the aisle for anything ;)  Jackson sat extremely happy in his chair most of the time doing the hand motions they were telling him to do :)  He asked me about 20 times "it's not over yet is it Mom?!?".  On the way home he repeat EXACTLY what happened during the concert.  He is just like his Mama and is VERY focused when watching a show or T.V.  Would highly recommend going to see them!

Bailey singing, "Jump up, get down, stand up, turn around...turn around...turn around!"
I was soooo proud of my shy Jackson in this picture!  He got up and ran over to "Smitty" and gave him a big high five!  Way to go buddy!!

Hilton Head

Best Daddy ever. I think little Bailey Boo was spoiled seeing her Daddy so much.  Ever single morning, after she takes a nap, or when we pull in the garage she says, "Da-yee???" in the cutest/sweetest voice ever!

 "OPA!!!"
Bike riding in Hilton Head is the best!!!  It is so flat and shaded.  That bike trailer was the best $100 we ever spent! (I got it at Target in case you were curious)

I climbed these same trees as a little girl :)

Daddy is soooo much fun :)
"Baby" crabs were all over the beach and Jackson and Bailey LOVED them!

He can just be so sweet :)  Love my little man!!

This is everyone, minus my Dad who had to go on a quick business trip.  We were so excited to surprise GGmom and GGdad!  We had a great week with them and Uncle David!
Total chaos on the John boat! LOL  We forgot our little chairs that fit perfectly in the boat and the kids had waaaaay to much freedom to roam around! LOL

This is my favorite picture of the week :)

 Love this one too!!!
Kids working hard on the beach pool :)

A big thank you to Opa and Nana again for treating us to a week in Hilton Head.  We couldn't have had a better time!!

Mother's Day

I don't have any actual pictures from Mother's Day.  I need to get them from my Mom's camera.  But, we had a great day with Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Stephen.  I was treated to sleeping in and then I was served breakfast in bed by Jackson and John (Bailey was still asleep).  Jackson ran in the room and said, "Look MOM, I MADE this for you!  It's a GIANT pancake!".  And it was super yummy too!  He also said, "Mom, I love Mother's Day".  Uhhhh melt my heart!  Then we had California Pizza for lunch, went shopping with my Mom, and then off to The Varsity for dinner.  The pics above are from Mother's Day Tea at Jackson's Preschool.  He did awesome!

My Best Friends Wedding

Believe it or not, both John and I had our best childhood friends get married on the same day.  So we spent the entire weekend apart.  We both had a great time and both of the weddings went off without a hitch!  Here is some pics from Allie's wedding...
Here are all of Allie's bridesmaids and some of her family for the bridesmaids luncheon.
At the rehearsal dinner, our slideshow went great!  Big thanks again to Jaime and Adam for helping to bring the projector :)
 Me and Mer getting beautified!
Me and Allie.  She could not have looked more beautiful :) She had me in tears the whole weekend and I am so very happy for her and Blair.
 Me and Mom!!
Since John couldn't be there, this is the only man I danced with the whole night ;)  So very glad they were there, we had SO much fun together!!!

I love this picture of them!

1 1/2

Bailey is by far a DADDY's Girl!!! This is her crying b/c he said "no" and she is saying, "da-yeeee...da-yeeee"  Did you catch that?  He is the one who said "no" and she still runs to him.  Ugh! LOL

Little stinker loves to climb up to the kitchen table and make a mess.

I took this one day after she woke up from a nap.  I just died laughing and all I could think of was Nick Nolte's mug shot...hahahahaha!!  If she would stop saying "all done" and rubbing every single meal through her hair things wouldn't be so bad ;)

Here is a picture of her very favorite thing to do...DANCE!

I can't believe a 1 1/2 years has past!  I can't remember life without her in it, funny how that happens.  I only wish she was a Mama's girl...maybe someday she will be like Jackson is now.  I can only hope!!  Here is what she loves to do:

~DANCE!!!  In fact, we were at the West Cobb Avenues and we walked past a speaker with music coming out and I turn back and she had stopped and started to dance! LOL  Love her!!!
~She loves hats & shoes.  Putting them on and taking them off.
~She is VERY independent.  She only wants your help on occasion and she will ask for it-watch out if you do it without asking ;) LOL
~Climbing...ugh....she loves to climb.  I am just a worry wart and it scares me.  She takes after her Daddy on that one.
~Food.  She can EAT! LOL  She likes just about anything, and if she doesn't like it...well don't worry b/c she will just spit it right out ;)  LOL
~Going outside.  She is our little dare devil and of course has a million bruises and scrapes from her insisting on running down our driveway or climbing over something ;)
~Jackson.  She wants to do whatever he is doing or playing with.  I sometimes forget she is a girl-seriously.  I just don't think about it.  We don't ever play with pretend jewelry or dress up, I just don't think about it b/c she is just so happy to play with dinosaurs, cars, ect.  I need to get some more girly toys for her :)
~Taking a bath and reading a book.  She's not a snuggler, but she sure does when it's time for a book before bed :)  I think that is my favorite time too.  I could sit there forever reading to her :)

She is our gift from God and we are so lucky we get to be her parents.  She makes us laugh a million times a day and we couldn't ask for more :)
